1. Airport Pickup 接机服务

We will arrange pickup service at Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport, and the fare will be collected by the repre-sentatives of Henan Polytechnic University on arrival. Fare cannot be reduced or cancelled. If you need the service, please fill in the Application form in Annex II and email it to us in advance, and it is only acceptable when you receive confirmation from the University.

我们可以在郑州新郑机场提供接机服务，费用在抵达后交给学校接站代表，费用不能被减免。如若需要接机服务，请提前填写附件二表格并邮寄给我们。该服务只有在您收到接站联系人确认的email后, 方为有效。

2. How to Get to Henan Polytechnic University 到校指南

(1).Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport is about 100 km from the dormitory for international students, you may choose:

(1).郑州新郑国际机场距留学生宿舍约100公里，您可以选择:

◆BY SHUTTLE BUS

Airport shuttle bus will take you to Jiaozuo city; it will cost you RMB 60 for each person. After arriving in Jiaozuo city, you can take a cab to the dormitory for RMB 10.

◆机场大巴

从郑州新郑机场到河南理工大学国际学生公寓约100公里，你可以乘坐机场专用车到焦作，车费60元，然后在焦作市转乘出租汽车到河南理工大学国际学生公寓，车费约10元。

◆BY TAXI

It will cost you RMB 200~300 from the airport to the dormitory (The fee varies from day to night).

◆出租车

你可以从机场乘坐出租汽车到河南理工大学国际学生公寓，车费约200-300元（白天和晚上价格不一样）。

(2).After arriving in Jiaozuo city, you can get to the dormitory for international students (Henan Polytechnic University Wenyuan No.2 building &Wenyuan No.3 building) through the following ways:

(2).从焦作火车站到河南理工大学国际学生公寓约7公里，你可以乘坐：

◆BY BUS

Jiaozuo railway station is about 7 km to the dormitory for international students, you may take bus No.13 to Henan Polytechnic University and take shuttle bus on campus (for around RMB 1) to the dormitory for international students (Wenyuan No.2 building &Wenyuan No.3 building ).

◆公交：下火车后直接到出口右边公交站牌，乘坐13路公交至河南理工大学站下，转乘校内电瓶车（票价一元）或徒步约15分钟即可到达河南理工大学国际学生公寓（文苑2号和文苑3号）。

◆BY TAXI: It will cost you around RMB 12 from the railway station to the dormitory.

◆出租车：乘坐出租汽车到河南理工大学国际学生公寓（小西门进入最后一个路口右拐最后一个路口下车，左前方楼（文苑2号）三单元为国际学生宿舍。车费约12元。

3. Enrollment and Fees Payment入学注册及缴费

(1). 新进学生：

◆ 押金：留学生应于办理入住手续时将押金交到国际教育学院。

◆ 学费、住宿费、书费：留学生应于开学后2周内将学费、住宿费、书费交到财务处。交完全部费用国际教育学院才可带其到公安局办理居留许可。如留学生一直推迟缴费，导致签证超期后果自负。

◆ 由国际教育学院提供缴费清单，并负责带留学生到财务处缴费。留学生不可以不通知国际教育学院直接到财务处缴费。

(1). New students:

◆Deposit: Students should submit the deposit to the International Education College office when you are assigned room no. to stay.

◆Tuition fees, accommodation, books fees: Students should submit all these fees to the financial department within the first two weeks of the term. After your payment of total fees, the international office will take you to the police to help you get residence permit. If you delay the payment, it will happen that the police will refuse your residence permit application.

◆The international office will provide you a list for payment and will take you to the financial department.  

(2).在校学生：

于居留证到期前交完下一学年费用（学费、住宿费），缴费后国际教育学院带其到公安局办理居留证。如留学生一直推迟缴费，导致原居留证超期即非法居留，后果自负。

(2). Students already studying one year in school

Next academic year fees should be submitted before the valid date of residence permit. Then the international office will take you to the police to apply new residence permit. All this must be done before the valid date of residence permit; otherwise you will become illegal resident.
