一、考勤：
1、要自觉遵守学习纪律，不得迟到早退，不得无故缺课，有事先请假；
2、因病、因事请假，应提前一天向任课老师或班主任请假；
3、为保证正常的教学秩序，迟到早退三次按旷课一次论处；
4、累计缺课时数（含请假、旷课）每学期不得超过50节（100学时）否则取消其结业证发放资格；
5、一学期因病、事假累计达到八周者，学校将对其劝退。因病、事假不能坚持学习并提出申请者，可以休学。休学期限最多一年。凡到期不能复学者，以自动退学论处；
6、留学生享受我国的节假日及学校的寒暑假。学生本国的重大节日学校不予放假，如学生请假，可酌情准假，但不补课。此种请假，每学年不能超过两次，每次一至三天；
7、留学生假期期间外出，离开本市者，需到公寓管理员处登记，告知所去地点及归校时间。
备注：缺课较多的学生，由国际教育学院配合班主任对该学生进行教育，如果仍不见其改好，累计超过八周即勒令退学。
Attendance:

1. Abide by school disciplines, not arrive late or leaveearly or be absent for class, and leave should be asked in advance.

2. When you need to ask leave due to illness or otherarrangement, which should be done to the teacher one day before the class.

3. To ensure normal teaching order, three late arrivals orearly departures will be considered as one absence.

4. If the total absent class hours including leave askingclass hour) during the term surpass 100 hours, the diploma will not be issued.

5. If you cannot attend class for 8 weeks during one term,the school will ask you leave. If you apply temporary suspension due to illnessor other arrangement, you can be granted one year leave at most. If you do notshow up in time, it will be considered as withdrawal.

6. Overseas students enjoy Chinese holidays and vacations.There are no holidays here for overseas holidays; you can ask leave, but noclass to make up for your absentness. Moreover, within one school year youcannot ask leave more than two times for celebration of your holiday, and eachtime only 3 days are granted at most.

7. When you leave the city during holidays, you must registerin apartment keeper’s office, and write down clearly the place you will go andreturn time.

Note: As regards those students frequently absent, theinternational office will cooperate with the student’s teacher to do some persuadingwork, if it doesn’t work, after the absent period reaches 8 weeks, you will beasked to leave school at once.

二、中途退学：

留学生可于每学期开学前三日内向国际处提交申请退学（必须本人提出），经国际处同意退还其全部学费；若三日后再提出申请，将不予与退还现金，可在学生提出申请的前提下保留其学费1年，若一年内该学生不到学校继续学习，则不给予保留。（学费不可转赠他人）

备注：押金不予与退还。

DropOut:

Only when the withdrawalis submitted three days prior to opening of the term (and it must be from thestudent himself), the international office will consider to refund the fulltuition fee; otherwise the intuition fee will not be refunded or transferred toother student, but will reserve their place for only one year under the student’s application.

Note: deposit will not berefunded.

三、离校：

1、留学生离校（转学、休学、退学、毕业）须提前通知到国际教育学院，并退还图书和学生证，离校当日由宿舍管理员检查房间物品，收回房间钥匙，如果没有问题，退还留学生押金。

2、应离校的留学生，须在接到通知之日两周内离校；

3、学习期间留学生离开焦作或出境，须向国际教育学院报告，并向任课老师或班主任请假。
Leaving School

1.Overseas students should notify theInternational office in advance on conditions of school transfer, suspension,withdrawal, or graduation. Overseas students should return library card andstudent card. On his leaving day, the apartment keeper will check apartment,take back the key. If everything is good and no loss, you can get your deposit.

2.Students should leave school within two weeksafter receipt of leaving information.

3.When you leave Jiaozuo or leave China in themiddle of school term, you should report to the international office, and askleave from your teacher.
