2. 最高学历（学位）证书：申请攻读本科（学士）者应具有高中及以上文凭，申请攻读硕士学位者应具有本科（学士）以上学历（学位），申请博士学位者应具有硕士（学士）以上学历（学位）；

3. 最高学历（学位）学习期间的课程成绩单；

4. 无犯罪记录证明（6个月内）；

5. 体检报告（3个月内）；

6. 学习（研究）计划（仅限硕士和博士申请人）；

7. 两名教授或副教授的推荐信（仅限硕士和博士申请人）；

8. 托福成绩单（72分及以上）或雅思成绩单（5.5分及以上）（来自英语非母语或官方语言国家者）；

9. 存款证明（人民币3万元，仅限学历生）；

10. 英语自我介绍视频（不低于1分钟）。

Ⅲ.  Materials:

4. Certificate of non-criminal record (within 6 months);

5. Medical check report (within 3 months);

6. Study plan /research proposal (for applicants of Master’s and Doctor’s programs);

7. Two recommendation letters from professor or associate professor (for applicants of Master’s and Doctor’s programs);

8. TOEFL score report (72 or above) or IELTS score report (5.5 or above) (for applicants whose native/official language is not English);

9. Certificate of Fixed-Term Deposit (RMB 30,000 yuan, only for students of degree programs);

10. Video of self-introduction in English (no less than 1 minute)
