为切实加强公寓安全管理，消除安全隐患，严防火灾等事故发生，保护大家的生命财产安全，现提醒各位国际学生规范自身行为，共同维护校园安全工作。

To strengthen the safety management of dormitory, eliminate potential safety hazards, prevent fire accidents and protect the safety of international students' lives and properties, the university would like you to jointly safeguard the work on campus safety management.

一、规范宿舍用电Standardizing Dormitory Electricity Use

寝室内禁止使用和保存电热杯、取暖器、热得快、电熨斗、电热毯、电火锅、电夹板、烘鞋器、煮蛋器、电烤炉、电炉、电饭煲、面包机、微波炉、豆浆机、电暖锅、电磁炉、电水壶、烫发器等电器和炊具设备，以及未经学校批准的其他电器设备。禁止使用“三无”（无中文标识、无厂名、无厂址）产品、不合格产品、劣质产品和自制的用电设备；禁止擅自拉接电线和网络线。

The use and storage of electrical appliances such as electric cups, heaters, instant water heaters, irons, electric blankets, electric hot pots, straighteners, shoe dryers, egg boilers, electric ovens, stoves, rice cookers, toasters, microwaves, soymilk machines, electric hot pots, induction cookers, electric kettles, and hair curlers are PROHIBITTED in dormitories, as well as any other electrical equipment not approved by the university. The use of "three no's" products (no Chinese labeling, no manufacturer name, no manufacturer address), substandard, inferior, or homemade electrical devices is forbidden; unauthorized extension of electrical and network cables is also prohibited.

公寓内严禁存放、使用易燃、易爆及强腐蚀性物品；严禁使用明火和焚烧杂物；严禁使用酒精炉、煤油炉、煤饼炉、液化气炉等炊具设备。另外，杀虫剂、香水、消毒酒精等物品遇到明火极易燃烧，也属于易燃物品，请妥善保管，避免大量集中存放。

It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to store or use flammable, explosive, or strongly corrosive items in the dormitory. The use of open flames and burning of waste is prohibited, as is the use of alcohol stoves, kerosene stoves, coal stoves, and liquefied gas stoves. Additionally, items like insecticides, perfumes, and disinfectant alcohol, which can easily catch fire when exposed to an open flame, are also considered flammable and should be stored properly to avoid large, concentrated storage.

要保持宿舍楼疏散通道、安全出口畅通，不得占用、封堵和堆放杂物。

Keep evacuation passages and safety exits in dormitory building clear, and do not occupy or block them.

宿舍无人情况下须切断所有电源，做到人走灯灭、人走断电。

All power sources must be disconnected to ensure lights off and power off when leaving your dormitory.

禁止在宿舍内使用明火，严禁乱扔烟头等。

The use of open flames in the dormitory is strictly forbidden, and carelessly discarding cigarette butts is prohibited.

春节假期中，请勿燃放各类烟花炮竹，防止火灾引起重大灾难。

Please do not set off any fireworks or firecrackers to prevent fires from causing major disasters during the Spring Festival holiday.

二、规范厨房用电Standardizing Kitchen Electricity Use

厨房用电用火不离人，严防由于做饭油温过高或者汤水沸腾溢出引发火灾。常开门窗，保持厨房通风。做好厨房清洁，做饭后应及时清理油垢污渍，以防油污遇明火引起火灾。

Never leave the kitchen unattended when cooking or using electrical appliances, to prevent fires caused by overheating oil or boiling water spilling over. Keep doors and windows open to ensure the kitchen is well-ventilated. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and clean up grease and stains promptly after cooking to prevent fires from oil coming into contact with an open flame.

三、规范电动车停放充电Standardizing Electric Bike Parking and Charging

应当将电动车停放在安全地点，严禁在校园内共用车道、安全出口处等公共区域停放电动车或者为电动车充电。

Electric bikes should be parked at safe locations. It is strictly forbidden to park electric bikes or charge them in common areas of the campus, such as shared driveways and emergency exits.

电动车充电时确保规范安全。严禁私拉乱接充电线路为电动车充电。充电完成后及时断电，避免过度充电，避免多辆电动车同时充电，严禁高温、雨雪天气露天充电。

Ensure safe and standardized charging practices for electric bikes. Do not extend charging cables without authorization to charge electric bikes. Disconnect the power immediately after charging to avoid overcharging. Avoid charging multiple bikes simultaneously and charging outdoors in high temperatures or rainy/snowy weather.
